Once Cut Financial Services is currently recruiting Field Sales Agents

(Germiston area)

PURPOSE OF JOB:

Promote and sell financial services and insurance products to imminent customers.

CRITERIA:

· Grade 12 Minimum required qualification

· Self-motivated and ability to work without supervision

· Team-player and ability to work under pressure

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Be prepared to travel

· Sales experience would be advantage

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Promote and seek out new clients and generate lists of imminent clients.

· Leads Generation – ensure set targets are achieved daily.

· Sales Generation – ensure that set targets are achieved and ensuring that quality of leads and sales by achieving the required right party contract (RPC).

· Selling one or more types of financial services and insurance products.

· Attending and participating in meetings and sales hurdles.

· Calculating premiums and providing payment plan.

· Explain features, benefits and exclusions of various policies to promote sale of financial services and insurance plans.

· Adhere to the non-advice sell process by ensuring compliance to regulatory requirements and business process/procedures
